Our days in Fiji

Every orning we received breakfast. A huge typical buffet with several fresh fruits, pastries, cereal, etc plus you could order off the hot menu. Beautiful ocean views while you ate. It rained several mornings. We would hang out in the large lounge chairs, read and soak up the views.
A couple of morning, they offered free classes. We were the only ones to participate. We took a weaving class and participated in a Kava tasting. Kava is a root that is ground, dried and then mixed with water. It is suppose to help relax you. It made my lips tingle and tasted like dirt. The weaving was lots of fun. We made a mat and a basket.

There were so many beautiful flowers everywhere. Some I have never seen.
